412 Warren Street, Hudson, NY.
We’re a five-minute walk from Hudson station, on the quiet end of Warren. Black-and-gold sign, painted in 2014 by a sign-painter named Reuben who still passes through every spring to touch it up.

Practical things.
- Do you have a parking lot?
- No, but Warren Street has free street parking and the city lot two blocks down is rarely full on weekends.
- Is the shop wheelchair accessible?
- Yes — the front door is street-level and the main floor is fully accessible. The Reading Room has one shallow step at the threshold; we can bring books out for you.
- Can I bring my dog?
- Yes, well-mannered dogs are very welcome. Folio (the shop cat) will judge from the top of the philosophy shelf.
- Do you sell gift cards?
- Yes — at the counter or by phone. We don't currently sell them online, but you can email the shop and we'll mail one anywhere in the country.
- Do you buy used books?
- Sometimes. We have a small intake window on Saturdays from 10–noon. Email a list first and we'll let you know if we have space on the shelves.

A short note, every other Sunday.
What’s new on the shelf, what’s coming up, the occasional rare-books note from Iris. No marketing-speak, short enough to read in a kitchen.
